Bilingual Appointment Setter – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Appointment Setter to join a healthcare client that connects patients with registered dietitians for medical nutrition therapy. The role is fully remote and involves guiding patients through scheduling, onboarding, and intake for virtual consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and manage patient appointments using medical scheduling software.
• Assist patients in onboarding to the telehealth video‑consultation platform.
• Verify patient information and support intake processes.
• Communicate with patients via phone, email, and chat, providing front‑office support.
• Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare administration, or similar environment.
• Fluent in English (bilingual preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work a full‑time schedule (40 hours/week) on the specified shift.
