Bilingual Customer Service Agent for Personal Loans

About the role

Fusion CX is seeking bilingual Customer Service Agents in El Salvador to support personal loan applicants and co‑signers throughout the loan application process. The role involves answering queries, reviewing documents, explaining financing options, and ensuring compliance with verification protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Answer questions from loan applicants and co‑signers about the process, requirements, and status.
• Review submitted documentation, identify missing items, and communicate corrections.
• Explain the co‑signer model and available financing options clearly.
• Provide account support such as data updates, status checks, and general inquiries.
• Handle personal and financial information securely, following verification and compliance procedures.
• Document all interactions and escalate cases when necessary.
• Meet quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.

Required profile

• English proficiency at C1 level or higher, both spoken and written.
• At least 18 years old with a valid DUI.
• Completed high school diploma.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience; contact‑center experience preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Full attendance for initial training.

Required skills

• Proficient computer skills, including web navigation and multitasking across multiple windows.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
• Functional typing skills and strong written English.
