Bilingual Dental Biller & Claims Front Desk Support (English/Spanish)

About the role

Our client is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Dental Biller who can also provide front‑desk support for two busy dental offices. The role focuses on accurate dental, orthodontic and oral‑surgery claim submission, insurance follow‑up, and delivering excellent patient service.

Key responsibilities

• Process and submit dental, orthodontic and oral‑surgery insurance claims accurately and on time.
• Review unpaid, denied or rejected claims, prepare appeals and follow up until resolution.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, deductibles and copays before treatment.
• Maintain detailed billing documentation and patient financial records, including work with Denti‑Cal and commercial plans.
• Answer overflow inbound calls, schedule appointments, route calls and support front‑desk operations during high volume periods.
• Assist with billing inquiries, maintain organized patient records, and collaborate with office staff on daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of dental billing experience.
• Experience with orthodontic billing (preferred) and oral‑surgery billing (strongly preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Full‑time schedule (40+ hrs/week) Monday‑Friday, 9:30 AM‑6:30 PM PST.
• Hourly wage of $6.00‑$7.00 USD based on experience.
