Bilingual Dental Patient Coordinator – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Dental Patient Coordinator to provide remote front‑office and administrative support for a busy U.S. dental practice. The role involves handling patient communications, scheduling, insurance verification, and record management while working independently from a remote location.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for English‑ and Spanish‑speaking patients via phone, email, and text, managing inquiries, reminders, and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate patient appointments, including bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling, and maintain accurate provider calendars.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits, assist with billing activities, payment posting, and insurance claim follow‑up.
• Enter and update patient information in dental practice management systems, ensuring organized, HIPAA‑compliant electronic records.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1+) and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• 1–2 years of experience in U.S. dental or healthcare administration, including appointment scheduling and insurance verification.
• Strong telephone communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a remote team.

Required skills

• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and handling confidential patient information.
