Bilingual Guest Services Agent – Theme Parks

About the role

Fusion CX is looking for a bilingual Guest Services Agent to support guests throughout their theme‑park experience in El Salvador. You will assist with ticket purchases, reservations, annual passes, and provide information on attractions, park hours, and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with ticket, package and add‑on purchases.
• Manage reservations, changes and related inquiries.
• Support memberships and annual passes, including renewals and payments.
• Resolve guest account and online platform access issues.
• Provide accurate information about attractions, park hours, policies and services.
• Recommend relevant products to enhance the guest experience and meet quality, conversion and satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level or above, spoken and written.
• Completed high‑school diploma and valid DUI.
• Strong computer skills, ability to work across multiple windows and systems simultaneously.
• Functional typing skills and ability to process ticket sales, reservations, memberships and payments accurately.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and 100% attendance at initial training.
• Customer service or sales experience is preferred, but candidates with excellent English skills and a positive attitude may also be considered.

• Web navigation and multi‑system handling.
• Typing skills for accurate data entry.
