Bilingual Sales Representative

About the role

AB POS, a technology company providing POS systems, payment solutions and business tools for restaurants and retail businesses in the United States, is looking for a bilingual sales representative to join its growing sales team in Santa Tecla, La Libertad, El Salvador. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for professional growth and business-related travel to the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential business customers in the U.S. market
• Present and promote POS, payment and business solutions
• Communicate professionally with prospects and customers in English
• Conduct sales calls, presentations and product demonstrations
• Follow up on leads and manage opportunities throughout the sales process
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams and work toward assigned sales targets
• Participate in business-related travel to the United States when required

Required profile

• Previous professional sales experience
• Advanced spoken and written English
• Valid U.S. visa permitting the required business travel
• Availability to work on-site in Santa Tecla and willingness to travel to the United States

• Sales conversation management and relationship building
• Negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Nice to have: B2B sales or U.S. market experience, experience selling technology, software, POS or payment solutions, familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipelines, and experience giving product demonstrations
