Bilingual Virtual Assistant – Lead Nurturing & Sales

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Virtual Assistant to drive lead nurturing and sales for a performance‑based rehabilitation and wellness clinic. Working remotely from Latin America, you will support the business owner in converting conversations into lasting client relationships during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Nurture new, existing, and discharged clients via phone and text.
• Address client questions about cash‑based pricing and insurance.
• Schedule consultations and follow‑up appointments.
• Maintain client data and workflows in High Level CRM.
• Perform administrative tasks that support business scaling initiatives.
• Report directly to the business owner and assist with overall operations.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• 3‑5 years of remote sales or customer‑service experience.
• Proven ability to handle B2C sales objections confidently.
• Availability during Central or Eastern U.S. business hours.
• Strong phone presence and high coachability.
