Bilingual Virtual Assistant – Short-Term Rental Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a French‑English speaking Virtual Assistant to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our short‑term rental portfolio. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working remotely, and experienced in guest communication and property management.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests in French and English across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and other platforms.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and issues promptly throughout their stay.
• Manage reservations, calendar availability, check‑ins, check‑outs and guest information.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and other property‑related services.
• Monitor guest reviews and maintain high satisfaction standards.
• Update listings, pricing and availability, and ensure accurate calendars across all channels.
• Escalate urgent guest or property issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, hospitality, property management or guest services.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to flexible hours, including weekends.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO.
• Experience with PMS/channel management tools such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully or Hospitable.
• Knowledge of pricing and automation tools like PriceLabs.
• Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace and task‑management platforms.
