Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Support a US or Canadian startup executive as a bilingual virtual executive assistant. This fully remote position lets you apply your leadership experience to keep an executive’s day running smoothly while contributing to a mission that empowers women across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, create reports, SOPs, and documentation.
• Coordinate projects and facilitate internal communication across teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years in a leadership role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, or Account Manager.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
• Proven track record of at least one role held for 2+ years.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and enthusiastic about AI tools.
• Proactive mindset, able to work independently without constant direction.
