Business Analyst – Agile Scrum & Systems Integration

About the role

Gildan is seeking a Business Analyst to lead product backlog definition, support sprint delivery, and act as the primary liaison for users during technology‑enabled business initiatives. The role combines functional analysis, Scrum facilitation, and solution implementation within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the Product Backlog in partnership with the Product Owner.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, monitor sprint progress, and produce Burndown reports.
• Provide functional support to developers, testers, and architects, ensuring alignment with standards and quality expectations.
• Analyze business requirements, document application specifications, and assess feasibility of initiatives.
• Manage user acceptance testing, track incidents, and ensure successful software change implementation.
• Evaluate vendor and product alternatives, integrate vendor resources, and monitor contractual compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field; Master’s in Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum two years experience as Business Consultant, Systems Analyst, Scrum Master or similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of process management, application development, and project management.
