Business Development Executive – Fintech

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join a fast‑growing US fintech company that offers an all‑in‑one platform for self‑employed entrepreneurs to manage taxes, bookkeeping and business finances. Based in El Salvador, you will handle inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects and schedule appointments for account executives.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads via email, SMS and phone.
• Reach out to warm or dormant leads to re‑open conversations.
• Ask targeted questions to uncover business needs, pain points and obstacles.
• Communicate value in a consultative manner without hard‑selling.
• Book qualified appointments and maintain a clean, organized pipeline.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, business development or lead generation.
• Fluent, professional English (verbal and written) for direct communication with US‑based clients.
• Comfortable handling high call/message volume while preserving quality and warmth.
• Consultative mindset – prefers asking good questions over delivering a pitch.
• Resilient under pressure and able to persist without relying on aggressive tactics.
