About the role

Rootstack is seeking a Business Development Representative to help expand its client base in the United States and Canada. You will work closely with the sales team to identify, qualify, and hand over high‑potential opportunities, supporting the company’s rapid international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and contact potential customers through cold calls and outreach campaigns.
• Assess lead viability and qualify opportunities based on defined criteria.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform targeting strategies.
• Transfer qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.

• Proven experience in cold‑calling and lead generation.
