Business Process Specialist

About the role

The Business Process Specialist will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of standardized business processes to ensure efficiency, adaptability, and alignment with corporate policies. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives across multiple departments within a leading retail group.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and define future standardized operations.
• Plan and execute process‑improvement initiatives, ensuring quality and budget compliance.
• Conduct tests and simulations of improved processes to validate benefits before large‑scale rollout.
• Provide technical support to project teams and operational areas during implementation.
• Monitor performance of enhanced processes, making ongoing adjustments for sustained effectiveness.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• Four years of experience in continuous improvement, process management, or re‑engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Six Sigma methodology (Black Belt preferred).
• Lean principles and tools.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities.
• Experience with process‑modeling tools.
