Call Center Team Lead – Protego CS Review

About the role
The Team Lead is responsible for implementing, managing and continuously improving the performance of customer service representatives and support programs within the Protego CS Review team. This role includes overseeing data organization, handling multiple applications, and providing day‑to‑day operational support for work queues.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure procedures and policies are followed.
- Lead, motivate and mentor a team of customer service representatives.
- Manage ticket queues and maintain service‑level targets.
- Oversee data organization and maintenance for customer requests.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop processes and launch new programs.
- Conduct performance reviews, support growth and retain team members.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills.
- Detail‑oriented with solid time‑management capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (basic to intermediate).
- Ability to pass background and drug‑screening checks.
