Client Operations Specialist – Remote

About the role

You’ll help our clients—busy business owners in roofing, restoration, and construction—build and run an operational “OS” for their business, including workflow engines, playbooks, scorecards, dashboards, meeting rhythms, and internal memo systems. Your job isn’t just to build these systems; it’s to ensure they are adopted and used. You’ll act as the operator who keeps the owner focused, on track, and accountable to the plan.

Key responsibilities

• Own the EdgeOS rollout for your clients, keeping them on track with milestones and deliverables.
• Manage executive calendars and key meetings so leaders stay on the right priorities.
• Build and maintain scorecards, dashboards, playbooks, and memo systems, and drive their adoption.
• Track progress, follow up on action items, and hold people accountable to the plan.
• Communicate directly with clients to clarify expectations, gather information, and keep momentum.

Required profile

• Take ownership and find ways around blocks without waiting.
• Think in systems, turning chaos into steps, owners, and checkpoints.
• Have presence; can hold the line with a busy business owner warmly and professionally, being taken seriously as a right‑hand.
• Stay composed under pressure and accept feedback without losing footing.
• Communicate clearly and directly, not rehearsed or robotic.
• Avoid going quiet when challenged or waiting to be told what to do.
