Client Success Specialist – Crypto & OTC Trading

About the role

We are looking for a Client Success Specialist to join a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency client. The role focuses on delivering a white‑glove experience on an over‑the‑counter (OTC) crypto trade desk, supporting clients from first‑time buyers to seasoned investors.

Key responsibilities

• Field inbound calls, texts and emails from prospective and current clients and conduct outbound outreach to promote services.
• Execute client trades via bank wire and ACH transfers while ensuring compliance with internal policies and AML reporting.
• Partner with the compliance team to identify and report suspicious activity.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and prospects.
• Educate clients on platform basics, wallet usage and cryptocurrency offerings.
• Track quarterly performance metrics such as call quality, registration‑to‑trading ratios and average trades per client.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or client relations.
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and understanding of risk controls, policies and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow regulated procedures precisely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and quick learning of new platforms; comfort using AI tools is a plus.
