About the role

The Cold Caller position is a full‑time, remote role focused on generating qualified leads and initiating conversations with potential clients for Focus Growth Consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using structured scripts and adapt to each prospect’s needs.
• Clearly present the value of the company’s services and document call outcomes in a CRM system.
• Schedule follow‑up calls or appointments and hand off qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Research target markets and maintain a professional, courteous tone in all interactions.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach and conversion goals.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear articulation.
• Ability to build relationships, handle objections, and maintain a resilient phone presence.
• Basic proficiency with CRM or call‑management tools and accurate data‑entry skills.
• Excellent time‑management, organization, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet access, a quiet professional workspace, and at least a high school diploma.
