Commercial Advisor – Free Forwarder (Land, Sea, Air Transport)

About the role
As a Sales Executive you will act as the primary link between our company and clients, promoting land, sea and air transportation services for international trade. The position is full‑time and based on‑site at our office in San Salvador, El Salvador.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new customers for freight forwarding services.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure service quality.
Required profile
- Proven experience selling international transport services (land, sea, air).
- Solid understanding of foreign trade, logistics and supply‑chain processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑management abilities.
- Organised, target‑driven and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced English proficiency; experience with customer‑management systems is a plus.
