Commission Analyst - ELS

About the role

The Commission Analyst supports the end-to-end global sales commissions plan, including generating individual compensation plans, creating calculation inputs and performing monthly commission payouts. The role partners closely with Finance, Sales, Legal and HR teams and can influence system implementation and commission processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the monthly global sales commission calculation by creating monthly system uploads, reconciling calculations and reporting results.
• Review monthly sales order information to ensure accurate commission calculations.
• Manage large data sets to identify and reconcile monthly commissions and turn them into actionable insights.
• Support the creation and distribution of individual sales commission plans for new employees.
• Support quarterly and annual audit processes.
• Resolve commission inquiries raised by sales and sales management.
• Build documentation to manage all sales commissions processes.
• Partner with Finance, Sales Operations and Human Resources to maintain monthly commission reporting and ad hoc projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• 1+ years of experience in sales commissions or adjacent functions.
• Ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
• Prior experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, able to compile, transform, analyse and present complex data sets.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or other CRM systems and commissions management tools such as Xactly.
