Communications Specialist – Project Based

About the role

Holcim is looking for a Communications Specialist to lead project‑based internal and external communication initiatives. You will create compelling content, manage digital channels, and support business units while safeguarding the company’s image and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor internal and external communication plans aligned with corporate strategy.
• Adapt corporate messages for diverse audiences, channels and organizational levels.
• Maintain and update communication platforms such as the website, intranet, digital screens and other corporate media.
• Produce or supervise graphic and audiovisual materials for key campaigns.
• Assist leaders and business areas with communication projects, change management and crisis communication.
• Develop communication strategies for initiatives, projects, organizational changes and strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Graduate in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent corporate writing and synthesis abilities.
• Proactive, strategic mindset with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel between plant locations.
