Compliance Data Management Associate

About the role

The Compliance Data Management Associate supports RSM's Office of Risk Management by maintaining independence systems, processing entity data, and assisting engagement teams with conflict‑of‑interest checks. This position offers exposure to key operational activities within risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Entity Management System (EMS) and related data.
• Conduct consultations, research internal databases, and summarize findings for engagement teams.
• Support independence and conflict‑of‑interest search procedures and provide procedural guidance.
• Monitor workload, ensure timely action on assignments, and communicate with stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a support or customer‑service role.
• Strong written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Experience working with international teams and adapting to process changes.

Required skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with SharePoint as a document repository.
• Experience with enterprise workflow or data‑management systems.
