About the role

Refined VA seeks a Construction Operations Specialist to support a U.S.-based residential construction and remodeling client. The role focuses on project coordination, administration, and improving workflow efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Assist with construction administration and project coordination.
Manage and update projects in JobTread, tracking tasks, schedules, documents, and follow‑ups.
Support estimates, budgets, change orders, and maintain project records.
Coordinate communication with homeowners, vendors, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
Help project managers and business owners streamline workflows using technology and AI tools.

Required profile

2+ years of construction administration or project coordination experience, preferably in U.S. residential remodeling.
Strong English communication, excellent organization, and attention to detail.
Proactive, reliable, able to work independently and learn new software quickly.

Required skills

JobTread project management software.
Familiarity with estimating, budgeting, and change order processes.
