Consulting Partner – Cost Optimization

About the role

ERA Group is seeking an entrepreneurial Consulting Partner to lead a cost‑optimization practice under its global brand. You will have the autonomy to define your market, build a team, and grow a client portfolio while leveraging ERA’s proven methodologies and worldwide network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cost, procurement and performance‑improvement programs across multiple industries.
• Develop and expand a client base through long‑term business development.
• Define market entry strategy, set the strategic direction of the practice, and manage a consulting team.
• Engage directly with C‑level executives to deliver measurable savings and transformational outcomes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in consulting or senior leadership in cost management, procurement or performance improvement.
• Proven track record of winning new business and delivering projects.
• Deep industry knowledge in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, energy/utilities, manufacturing, retail or logistics.
• Strong executive‑level communication skills and a robust professional network.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to build a successful consulting practice.
