Consultor(a) Strategy and Business Design

About the role

As a Strategy and Business Design Consultant at Deloitte, you will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, collaborating with professionals from diverse backgrounds to deliver unique, high‑quality solutions that exceed client expectations and generate significant impact.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze growth strategies for corporations and business units.
• Conduct financial analysis and business modelling.
• Design and configure new business models and processes.
• Lead digital development and innovation projects using Agile methodologies.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Administration, Economics or related fields.
• 3–6 years of experience in strategy analysis, financial analysis, business design, digital projects, innovation or Agile environments.
• Relevant certifications (Finance, Data Science, Project Management, Agile, PMI, PMO) are a plus.
• Intermediate level of English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Tableau (preferred).
