About the role

The Administrative Accountant will support the analysis, control and management of accounting and financial information for assigned business units, ensuring strict compliance with accounting, tax, commercial, labor and municipal regulations. You will guarantee the reliability of records, coordinate audit processes and follow up on administrative and legal obligations, contributing to informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and validate accounting entries to ensure correct transaction application.
• Prepare and present financial statements for the assigned units.
• Monitor tax filings and other statutory declarations.
• Coordinate and provide information for external and fiscal audits.
• Draft documentation for shareholders’ meetings and board sessions.
• Identify internal‑control risks and propose corrective actions.
• Supervise administrative and operational tasks related to legal, commercial and tax compliance.
• Track payroll issues to ensure timely employee payments.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives across departments.

Required profile

• Degree in Public Accounting.
• Minimum three years of experience as a General Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, IFRS for SMEs, and local fiscal, commercial and municipal regulations.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
