About the role
The Financial Operations Accountant will lead and oversee the credit business, ensuring transparency and control across all financial activities. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of the company’s credit portfolio and supporting strategic financial decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and control credit‑related financial operations.
- Guarantee transparency and compliance in the credit business.
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve financial processes.
Required profile
- Professional degree in Public Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial operations or portfolio management.
- Knowledge of accounting regulations applicable in El Salvador.
- Result‑oriented leadership with strong analytical abilities.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Financial systems.
