About the role

We are looking for an organized, analytical Operations Controller to monitor daily operational performance and ensure compliance with established indicators, goals, and standards. The role involves analyzing data, identifying incidents, and coordinating with operational teams to drive continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control daily operations.
• Track compliance with operational indicators and targets.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports.
• Control productivity, timing, and staff performance.
• Identify incidents, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to processes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and communicate with supervisors and operational teams.
• Verify and manage resources and tools required for operations.
• Support implementation and follow‑up of operational improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in operations, control, monitoring or indicator analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to spot deviations.
• Organized with strong task‑tracking capabilities.
• Result‑oriented with good communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver able to work under pressure.
