About the role

We are looking for a Tax Coordinator who is passionate about tax management and fiscal compliance. The professional will ensure timely filing of tax, fiscal, and legal declarations, helping the organization avoid penalties and mitigate financial and legal risks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of tax returns and related reports.
• Manage procedures with the Ministry of Finance, tax authorities, municipalities, and other regulatory bodies.
• Oversee processes related to VAT, municipal taxes, and corporate fiscal obligations.
• Handle VAT refund requests and other tax procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date legal and corporate books.
• Ensure compliance with legal, commercial, and tax requirements.
• Provide financial information to banks and external entities.
• Track monthly provisions for tax and budgetary obligations.
• Support fiscal and financial audits.
• Identify tax risks and propose preventive actions.

Required profile

• Degree in Public Accounting with a professional accountant seal.
• At least 3 years of experience in tax, fiscal accounting, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of tax, commercial, and fiscal legislation.
• Experience with governmental platforms and regulatory procedures.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and follow‑up abilities.
