Coordinador de Trade Marketing

About the role

The Trade Marketing Coordinator will oversee the visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution across all commercial channels in the assigned zone. This role ensures that the brand’s presence at the point of sale meets strategic objectives and adapts to market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventories of merchandising assets such as POP displays, promotional items, and coupons.
• Guarantee the monthly plan’s implementation at each point of sale through regular field visits.
• Act as the primary communication link between clients and the commercial area, gathering and relaying feedback.
• Supervise the deployment of success‑photo initiatives, monitor cold‑team productivity, and support client segmentation.
• Coordinate and track the effectiveness of boost and promotion activities to maintain optimal visibility for channel leadership.
• Provide strategic feedback based on portfolio execution, shopper visibility, and competitor activity across all channels.
• Validate and assign new clients according to defined segmentation criteria.
• When outsourcing boost and tasting teams, manage their performance and resource allocation per channel.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar trade‑marketing or merchandising role.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate personnel.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, especially pivot tables for reporting.
• Willingness to work in the eastern region of the country.
