About the role
We are looking for a Transport Coordinator who will be responsible for contracting and coordinating transport units to ensure timely and optimal delivery of goods. The role requires close collaboration with area managers and continuous monitoring of shipments from dispatch to arrival.
Key responsibilities
- Contract and schedule transport units in accordance with company requirements.
- Communicate transport plans effectively with assigned area managers.
- Monitor the progress of each shipment from departure to delivery.
- Ensure that all deliveries comply with established procedures, policies, and supplier processes.
- Maintain accurate records of transport activities and performance.
Required profile
- Graduate in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics or transport coordination.
- Age 28 years or older.
- Gender neutral.
- Strong orientation to results, leadership, emotional intelligence and critical thinking.
