About the role
The Social and Nutrition Management Coordinator will lead community‑focused programs that support beneficiaries and promote sustainable nutrition practices. Based in Lourdes Colón, the role combines project design, field implementation, and stakeholder coordination to improve local well‑being.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor beneficiary assistance programs.
- Design, implement, and evaluate social projects aligned with community needs.
- Develop and update community diagnostic reports.
- Maintain relationships with local actors, NGOs, and government entities.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective project delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or International Relations.
- Minimum three years of experience in project formulation, implementation, and monitoring.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in the field.
- Own vehicle and availability for field work.
Required skills
What we offer
- Full‑time onsite position with a Monday‑Friday schedule (8 am‑5 pm) and Saturday mornings (8 am‑12 pm).
