Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for clients and employees. The role involves coordinating flights, accommodations, transportation, and related services while ensuring compliance with global travel regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire, and other services according to budget and requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify savings opportunities, and improve efficiency.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa, and travel regulations for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and collaborate with relocation firms, international agencies, or government officials.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Strong command of English.
