Creative Production Designer – EMEA Marketing Support (Remote)

About the role

Align Technology is looking for a Creative Production Designer to support the EMEA Marketing team on a contract basis. The role focuses on executing design requests, adapting existing assets for digital and print, and ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt design assets for digital and print formats based on marketing team requests.
• Support formatting, layout, resizing, mockups, and versioning of existing creative materials.
• Apply Align brand guidelines consistently across all outputs.
• Prepare assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Microsoft Office, and other approved tools.
• Revise projects quickly based on stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain organized files and efficient workflows across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Assist with simple video editing or motion asset updates as needed.

Required profile

• Junior‑to‑mid‑level production designer comfortable working from templates and brand guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and ability to meet fast‑paced deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Access to personal hardware and required design software.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Canva, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Project‑management tools such as Asana.
• Basic video editing or motion‑graphics skills (optional).
