Culture and Internal Communications Strategist

About the role

The Culture & Internal Communications Strategist shapes the organization’s internal narrative, aligning business objectives, company culture, and employee experience. This role drives engagement, strengthens employer branding from within, and builds communication frameworks that foster transparency, trust, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned with business goals.
• Develop messaging frameworks that translate leadership vision into clear, engaging communication.
• Manage multi‑channel ecosystems (Connect, email, town halls, Microsoft Teams, etc.) and ensure timely, accurate distribution.
• Maintain consistency in tone, clarity, and structure across all internal communications throughout the employee journey.
• Align internal culture storytelling with external employer brand positioning.
• Produce newsletters, scripts, presentations, and multimedia storytelling that embed cultural messaging.
• Implement tools and systems to track communication impact, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize strategies.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute InspireHer and GuruMarket initiatives, handling logistics, communications, and metric tracking.
• Support internal entrepreneurship events, provide on‑site photo/video coverage, and assist marketing teams with cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and executing internal communications strategies.
• Ability to develop clear messaging frameworks that translate leadership vision.
• Strong project‑management skills to coordinate multi‑channel campaigns and initiatives.
• Data‑driven mindset for tracking impact, analyzing performance, and recommending improvements.
• Creative storytelling ability to produce compelling content across digital and physical formats.
