Customer Care Representative

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our team in Antiguo Cuscatlán, El Salvador. You will provide information about transactions and resolve general queries for our customers through phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Assist agents or final customers (senders or beneficiaries) via telephone and email to resolve questions and complaints.
• Review and correct data of incorrectly processed transactions.
• Maintain constant communication with the correspondent (paying agent) to resolve customer complaints.
• Collaborate with internal departments as needed.

Required profile

• Completed high school or college education.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or a call‑center position.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, good teamwork approach, and ability to work flexible schedules.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficient use of web browsers.
