Customer Experience & Scheduling Coordinator (On‑Site)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Experience & Scheduling Coordinator to join a fast‑growing mobile automotive services company. Based on‑site in Santa Elena, Antiguo Cuscatlán, you will be the main point of contact for customers and the hub for coordinating mobile technician appointments across several U.S. markets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, text, and email.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
• Maintain and adjust mobile technician calendars to match operational needs.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and address customer concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Parts teams to ensure each service is fully prepared.
• Keep customer and appointment data accurate in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatch, logistics or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Comfortable using CRM tools.
• Proficient with messaging platforms and basic office software.
