Customer Experience Specialist – Travel Adventure Support

About the role

Join our vibrant Customer Experience Team and help travelers turn their dream vacations into reality. You will interact with guests through phone, chat, email and WhatsApp, providing personalized advice and seamless booking support.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and respond to inbound customer contacts via multiple channels.
• Match guests with suitable travel adventures and complete reservations.
• Answer questions, give recommendations and resolve issues related to travel products.
• Coordinate with travel partners to confirm bookings and communicate details to guests.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• University degree or at least two years of university coursework completed.
• Passion for travel, adventure and helping customers achieve their dreams.
