Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our property management company. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and emails, and be fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Communicate with tenants, property owners, vendors, and prospective residents in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
• Respond to emails and other customer communications in a timely manner.
• Schedule and coordinate property inspections, maintenance appointments, showings, and other property‑related services.
• Receive, document, and follow up on tenant maintenance requests.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure service requests are handled efficiently.
• Provide tenants and owners with updates regarding maintenance, appointments, and property‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate tenant, property, and service records and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish – written and spoken.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone and email communication abilities.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating service requests.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working with computers, email, scheduling systems, and property management software.
• Professional, dependable, and customer‑focused attitude.
