Customer Services Representative – Money Transfer

About the role

Join the enthusiastic Customer Services team at Ria Money Transfer’s headquarters in El Salvador. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing information about transaction status, updates, and resolving general inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist agents and final customers (senders or beneficiaries) via telephone and email to resolve questions and complaints.
• Review and correct data of incorrectly processed transactions.
• Maintain constant communication with correspondent agents in destination countries to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the accounting department to reconcile and balance refunds of cancelled transactions.

Required profile

• Minimum education: completed high school or college.
• At least one year of experience in customer services or a call‑center environment.
• Intermediate English level and strong customer orientation.
• Attention to detail and ability to work flexible schedules.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficiency with Internet Explorer.
