Customer Success Manager - Premium Service

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Success professional to support our premier‑tier enterprise clients. Working closely with a senior Customer Success Manager, you will handle day‑to‑day operations, allowing the senior CSM to focus on strategic relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a shared inbox and triage incoming requests for large enterprise software accounts.
• Pull, organize, and format data reports from our proprietary CRM and Google Sheets for internal and client delivery.
• Conduct partner and publisher outreach to recruit new partners and expand client programs.
• Help develop foundational playbooks, reporting templates, outreach trackers, and client metric dashboards.
• Collaborate daily with the senior CSM and coordinate with the Network Success Manager on priorities.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and service‑minded professional who takes initiative without waiting for direction.
• Clear communicator across Slack, email, and video calls, comfortable working with cross‑functional teams in multiple time zones.
• Quickly adapts to shifting priorities and can stay focused under fast‑moving conditions.
• Eager to learn proprietary tools and leverage AI‑assisted workflows.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and data analysis/reporting.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools or prompt‑based workflows.
