Customer Success Specialist – Remote (El Salvador)

About the role

BPO Innovations is seeking two service‑first professionals to join its remote team in El Salvador as Customer Success Specialists. The role focuses on post‑sale client relationship management, onboarding, campaign coordination and performance reporting, with an optional specialization track.

Key responsibilities

• Own the post‑sale relationship for assigned clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Guide new clients through onboarding, dashboard access, reporting portals and communication cadence.
• Coordinate campaign launch with Sales, Ad Operations, Creative and internal teams.
• Monitor performance metrics (pacing, engagement, ROI/ROAS) and flag risks or opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.
• Resolve client issues, ensuring timely internal coordination and closure.
• Track account health, renewal timing and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM and contribute to process improvements.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks.
• Analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and recommend optimizations.
• Comfort working remotely and collaborating across functional teams.
