Customer Support Specialist – Remote (El Salvador)

About the role

Join Metricool as a Customer Support Specialist working 100% remotely from El Salvador. You will help social media managers get the most out of the platform by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing practical resources.

Key responsibilities

• Provide chat support with empathy, clear explanations and zero jargon for technical and feature‑related queries.
• Guide users on how Metricool fits their workflow and recommend the best plan for their needs.
• Collect user feedback and share suggestions with product teams to improve the platform.
• Coordinate incident reports and cross‑departmental requests.
• Help build and update help guides and support documentation for internal teams and customers.

Required profile

• Based in El Salvador.
• Background in customer support or client‑facing roles; SaaS or digital‑marketing experience is a plus.
• Advanced fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a bonus.
• User‑first mindset with active listening, empathy and patience.
• Self‑managed, organized and comfortable taking ownership of issues.

Required skills

• Understanding of digital‑marketing basics.
• Basic programming or technical knowledge.
