Cyber Operations Analyst

About the role

The Cyber Operations Analyst supports the Client Experience Office (CXO) by driving operational excellence across the Cyber practice. The role focuses on visibility, consistency, and efficiency throughout the engagement lifecycle, delivering actionable insights and helping leadership manage performance, risk, and client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption and consistency of standardized operational processes across Cyber Solution Sets.
• Maintain and enhance service catalogs in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Identify operational gaps, risks, and inefficiencies; recommend and escalate solutions.
• Develop and maintain Solution Set‑level metrics (financials, delivery progress, quality indicators).
• Analyze engagement data to spot trends, resource and project management risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide timely, standardized reporting to support leadership decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate project records, including financials and risk documentation, and support timely project closure.
• Partner with Solution Set leaders, Operations, Finance, and cross‑functional teams on strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with Vendor & Technology teams on chargebacks and resale tracking.

Required profile

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in operations, analytics, project coordination, or business support.
• Motivation to gain broader exposure to business operations and management.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
