Data & Operations Analyst for Complex Client Center

About the role

The Channel Data & Operations Analyst supports RSM’s Complex Client Center of Excellence, helping to maintain high‑quality client data and deliver automated reporting and AI‑enabled insights across private equity, family office and other complex client segments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support for stakeholder requests, including manual data review, extraction and analytical assistance.
• Maintain and validate channel intelligence datasets across CRM, MDM and third‑party sources such as PitchBook and D&B.
• Assist in the production of channel reporting, automated insights tools and AI‑enabled analytics by preparing datasets and monitoring refresh processes.
• Conduct targeted research on companies, investors and markets to enrich internal datasets and support dashboard reporting.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, market intelligence, CRM operations or related consulting support.
• Strong analytical, data‑quality management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Curiosity‑driven approach to information seeking and problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI.
• Knowledge of third‑party data sources (PitchBook, D&B, Capital IQ).
• Exposure to SQL or other data‑extraction tools.
