Data & Operations Analyst

About the role

The Channel Data & Operations Analyst supports the Complex Client Center of Excellence by maintaining high‑quality client data and delivering automated reporting and AI‑enabled insights. Working closely with the Channel Insights team, you will ensure that data infrastructure and operational processes are accurate, validated, and well‑structured.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support for stakeholder requests, including manual data review, extraction, and analytical assistance.
• Maintain and assure the quality of channel intelligence datasets across CRM, MDM, and third‑party sources such as PitchBook and D&B.
• Assist in the production of channel reporting, automated insights tools, and AI‑enabled analytics by preparing datasets, validating outputs, and monitoring refresh processes.
• Conduct targeted research on companies, investors, and markets to enrich internal datasets and support dashboard and report insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, market intelligence, CRM operations, or consulting support.
• Strong analytical, data validation, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks.

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• CRM systems – preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Data visualization – Power BI
• Third‑party data sources – PitchBook, D&B, Capital IQ
• Exposure to SQL or data extraction tools
