Debt Collector with Motorcycle – Field & Phone

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Debt Collector who will work both on the phone and in the field, using a personal motorcycle to visit clients across various regions. The role focuses on recovering overdue payments while maintaining a respectful relationship with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephone and on‑site debt collection activities.
- Follow up on payment promises and handle defaults.
- Recover overdue accounts in multiple zones of the country.
- Achieve monthly collection targets.
- Maintain courteous and professional communication with clients.
Required profile
- High school diploma (Bachiller).
- At least 2 years of experience in debt collection or a similar role.
- Own motorcycle and a valid driver’s license.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
