Dedicated Project Manager – Telecom

About the role

The Dedicated Project Manager (Telecom) owns the full delivery lifecycle of telecom services, from order submission through installation and activation. This execution‑driven role requires managing multiple concurrent projects while meeting timelines, dependencies, and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle, including order submission, provisioning, installation, and activation.
• Manage carrier timelines and Firm Order Commitments, proactively addressing delays.
• Drive installations to completion, ensuring site readiness, documentation, and access.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing clear communication throughout the project.
• Identify risks early and take proactive action to prevent delays or service impact.
• Lead escalations with carriers and vendors, ensuring accountability under tight timelines.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (sales, engineering, vendors, customers) for seamless execution.
• Track multiple projects, maintaining accurate status, milestones, and documentation.
• Ensure revenue realization by driving projects to successful and timely completion.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering consistent results.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years experience in telecom service delivery, provisioning, or project management.
• Proven end‑to‑end circuit delivery experience (internet, voice, fiber, or cloud services).
• Strong understanding of carrier processes, site readiness, and installation workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience handling escalations and resolving delivery issues under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients, carriers, and internal teams.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or project tracking tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
