About the role

As a Delivery Project Management Senior Associate at RSM, you will partner with clients across diverse industries to lead project delivery, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations. You will guide project teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to business development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive high‑quality work within expected timeframes and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and keep clients informed of outcomes.
• Identify additional client opportunities and support the business development process.
• Demonstrate in‑depth technical and professional knowledge while building strong client relationships.
• Manage small to medium engagements valued between $100K and $500K.
• Direct and motivate project teams, resolve issues, and provide escalation support when needed.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering an inclusive and innovative environment.
• Model RSM’s core values of respect, integrity, teamwork, excellence, and stewardship.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, MIS or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience focused on project management, preferably within professional services or consulting.
• Proven ability to manage engagements of $100K‑$500K and lead diverse project teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
