About the role

Join RSM as a Senior Associate in Program and Projects Management, working with diverse industry clients to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to client expectations.

Key responsibilities

Drive high‑quality work within expected timeframes and on budget.
Monitor progress, manage risk and keep clients informed about outcomes.
Identify additional client opportunities and manage business development.
Build and maintain relationships with engagement teams and deliver quality client services.
Manage small to medium engagements valued at $100K‑$500K.
Motivate project teams, resolve issues, and provide escalation when needed.
Mentor and coach diverse client engagement teams.

Required profile

2+ years of project management and business process improvement experience.
Advanced interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with clients and internal practice areas.
Strong problem‑solving and judgment in high‑pressure scenarios.
