Dental Treatment Planner & Patient Coordinator (Dentrix)

About the role

We are looking for an organized, highly communicative, and proactive Dental Treatment Planner & Patient Coordinator to support two busy providers in a thriving dental practice. You will guide prospective and existing patients through recommended treatment journeys, present care plans, and keep the providers' schedules full and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Create, present, and explain comprehensive dental treatment plans, detailing procedures, timelines, and financial expectations.
• Manage high‑volume inbound and outbound phone calls, answer patient inquiries, follow up on proposed plans, and re‑engage unscheduled leads.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate complex appointments across two providers' calendars to maximize clinic efficiency.
• Guide patients through initial consultations and follow‑up care with a warm, professional, and persuasive tone.
• Maintain accurate patient notes, track treatment plan acceptances, and keep records updated within Dentrix and Google Workspace.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience navigating and managing patient records, charting, and scheduling in Dentrix.
• Proven ability to handle heavy call volumes while maintaining an upbeat, compassionate demeanor.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual or native English candidates considered).
• Full‑time availability Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM PST.
• Dedicated home office with reliable high‑speed internet, power/internet backup, and a quiet environment.
